[Mercury]

A Prayer

At times when you are feeling really down,
And your world seems to be going upside-down,
Look up at the sky and smile to yourself
Allah is there looking after you.
Allah surely knows what you’re going through.

Life does have its odd bends,
At times problems seem to have no end
Sometimes you don’t know which way to go,
Neither may life make sense anymore.
Just think then that Allah knows,
Look to him for the mercy He shows.

When we are tempted to sin,
To falsehood our path may begin
Let’s all pray to Allah for forgiveness
He’ll surely help us out of this mess.
Oh Allah show us the right way,
May we not be of those led astray.

Hehe Muslimah Im a sister not a brother. Just got a lil annoyed when i saw many views but no replies.
And abuayesha i posted in this forum not realising there was a separate forum for poems.
N everyone else thnx 4 the positive replies. May Allah Subhana-wa Ta'ala give us all the strength, willpower and faith that we need to follow the right path. May we all become true believers, practising the ways taught by Islam. Do remember me in ur prayers.
