A question about Mahdi's appearance

This Hadith

before Imam Mahdi emerges an inter-tribal fight will take place. In the same year....



This hadith I find to be a little confusing. Cause it states Tribes. I dont there are anymore tribes in todays world. So could this be an unauthentic hadith ?

However that doesnt necessarily mean world war.
