Possible explanation

Assalamu Alaikum,
The problems of this world whether health issues (like amputees) or poverty are tests of us to see what do we do rather than what God does. This life is not just though we took upon the responsibility to try to make it just - as when the Ayat in Quran say Allah Tala offered the TRUST to all of creation and mankind took that offer. And so it our responsibility to try to make this life better for everyone. It is in the Hereafter that Allah Tala will ensure full Justice and problem like the ones which exist in this life will not happen.

Allah Tala know best.

salam alikoum,
you should not doubt the power of allah swt , he can make this world pure as he did with the paradise, but for a wisdom he knows it and we DO NOT have to know it, he made it like this, you should also bear in mind, that this life is a test, and we as muslims should not give it too much care. just think about the example of prophet mohamed pbuoh, he is the best creation on this planet. and allah tested him, and made him suffer like us,.....
so be strong in faith, allah is not asked about what he does,but we are asked about what we are doing.
