A simple thought

Salaam,

As I read the threads and responses I am begining to think do we think about the Prophet (swas) as we write our feelings or thoughts. Lately we have discussed everything except what the Prophet (swas) would do or say. We are befuddled by the problems of life yet we do not go to the Quran nor the sunnath for our answers. I know when we mention the Prophet (swas) or the Quran in our responses I slow down. I reflect. I am given additional hope.
Please let me know if I am correct.

As salamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wabrakatuhu dear Aapa

You are right, we are troubled too much by the worries, anxieties and calamities of this dunya but we dont care about the worries and anxieties that would occur in the Hereafter. We dont think how best we are offering our 5 daily prayers or are we even able to pray 5 times but we worry what we are going to eat, our job, our household activities etc etc.....

We forget about Tawheed and Aqeedah, Forget the basics The Quran and Sunnah. When I was listening to Ahmed The Repenter, I noticed due to his increase in Eeman he memorised the whole Quran, started fasting the fasts of Dawood alaihi wa sallam which he never did before. How many times do we put the interests of our Ummah before the interests of our own self? How many times do we critically analyse what we are doing is according to the Quran and Sunnah or not?

Ya Allah, Ya Rabb please forgive me and the Whole Ummah, surely You are Most Forgiving, Most merciful. Increase our Eeman. Give us the Honour, Power and Glory back Ya Rabbal Alameen...

wa/salam
