Hamas movement on Wednesday completely dismissed a decree issued by Abbas that prohibits military wings. "Resistance is one fundamental rights of the Palestinian people, which is needed to protect them," said the movement in a statement.
The Hamas spokes person also requested the sense in Abbas decree to the background of the terrifying events on the Gaza Strip this morning"Nobody has the right to determine or ban the resistance factions in the presence of the occupation," the statement read.

A Hamas spokesman, Ayman Taha, today (Wednesday) said that he does not agree with some Palestinian media ( close to Fateh) - which report a Hamas willingness of establish a new Palestinian government with an independent minister, as a mean of ending a current crisis. Taha assures that “Hamas sees no need for new initiatives - instead the Hamas movement desire to re-establish the unity government.”
Hamas is "still considering the unity government the only solution - and the only democratic solution" - and he added "we will not negotiate with the murderers or the usurpers, but we will talk with new people that will be nominated by Fateh to this re established unity government.”Taha also welcomed the invitation from Egypt towards a "round the table dialogue " - negotiation between Palestinian party's. He said that Hamas Movement is well prepared to join a dialogue without pre-set conditions.

So strange and so " well-timed" - just two days after the Sharm Al Sheikh summit, they came. - Early this morning the Israelis perpetrators ( state terrorists) invaded the air and land of the Gaza Strip territories - in an attempt to conduct new crimes. - The Palestinian victims of these Israeli war crimes are listed below - it has been very emotionally painful to write these names and this report.
17 Palestinians are reported to have been killed in this mornings Israeli coordinated multi attacks over the Gaza Strip.
More then 40 Palestinians are injured - !6 children are brought to Al Shifa hospital in Gaza City - all of them are injured some of them seriously. Many other assassinations and attempted assassination attacks are reported from all around the Gaza Strip - many others not yet accounted for are injured. Over 200 Palestinians have been abducted by Israeli State terrorists unites - they have all been taken for " interrogation" by the Israeli occupant in the town of Khuza’a, in the eastern parts of Khan Younis.
All of the killed except from the 3 children listed below - where Palestinian resistance fighters, members of different Palestinian political organisations. All of these young men, deserve to be honored and to receive the profound gratitude for giving their lives, in a never before seen bravery - the Palestinian resistance heroic battle using small hand-held arms, in defending Palestinian territories, against Israelis high- tech weaponry.
