As-Salaam alaikum,
Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him, reported that the Messenger of Allah, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam, said :--
"The strong man is not the one who wrestles, but the strong man is in fact the one who controls himself in a fit of rage". (Bukhari and Muslim, Riyad-us-Saliheen, chapter 75).
People are usually impressed by physical power, but the real strength is in that one who keeps his anger under control.. Note this well.
