About wadu

Salaamu alaykum

I have a question about wadu. Can i make wadu when i have cream on my hands? Because I'm not sure if the water will reach my skin. Also can i make wadu when there is oil in my hair?

aselemu aleikum, there are certain fards (obligations) in whudoo..ablution..

1 of them is that the water reaches the parts it has to reach, such as hands arms ellbows etc...if the water cant reach ur skin...ur whuddoo is not valid im afraid...ALLAH knows best..
