AL JINN

:ma:so as i have already said that human being brain has many several parts, and our scientists uptill are unable to anlayse all ..they more time and another thechnology to find out this facts..so many question are asked here without evident answers......

so when we saw somebody in a such situtaions, they say he is under the Jinn's power!!!! ...no there is what the researchers called:the service of complex set of communicative function...in other wordes, there is let say in ordinary words ;some kind of electricity in his brain that led him to such situation.......

so ,many of the assumption, theories, and methodes of these disciplines used by psycholinguistics, linguists, and second language researchers strongly affect the way each one defines it and according to his believes... but at last it gave us the fact that the Jinn has no power over human being................. any argument im ready insha allah for explanation...

If you want we can talk about the functioning of the brain. I have studied the functioning of the brain. But don't say jins are not able to enter the humanbody, because they are. I have talked to differend jins.

:salam2: sister :)

as you know, scientists take a process in trying to understand a situation/observation: (hypothesis, experiment, observation, and more experiments, then a theory)... a theory could be changed if further experiments disapprove of it... for example: our DNA.

a scientist would hold a rock up high and let it go, the rock goes down, reasoning, gravity!!! :D... gravity is a name giving to what was observed.

like wise, when a jinn takes over a human's functionality, may be, "the service of complex set of communicative function" happens... However, if "the service of complex set of communicative function" happens, it does not disapprove of the jinn controlling a human's functionality :)

WaAllah- a3lam

so ,many of the assumption, theories, and methodes of these disciplines used by psycholinguistics, linguists, and second language researchers strongly affect the way each one defines it and according to his believes...

Can a jinn enter the body of a human?

Imaam Shaykh al-Islam said in his Fataawa after some introductory comments:

… For this reason, a group of the Mu’tazilah, such as al-Jabbaa’i, Abu Bakr al-Raazi and others, denied that the jinn enter the body of the epileptic, although they do not deny the existence of the jinn, because that is not as clearly mentioned in the reports narrated from the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) as their existence is mentioned. They were mistaken in this matter. Hence al-Ash’ari mentioned in Maqaalaat Ahl al-Sunnah wa’l-Jamaa’ah that they [Ahl al-Sunnah] believe that the jinn may enter the body of the epileptic, as Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

‘Those who eat Riba will not stand (on the Day of Resurrection) except like the standing of a person beaten by Shaytaan (Satan) leading him to insanity…’

[al-Baqarah 2:275]

‘Abd-Allaah ibn al-Imaam Ahmad said: I told my father that some people claim that the jinn do not enter the body of a human. He said, O my son, they are lying, for a jinn may speak with the tongue of a person who is lying on his sick-bed. (Majmoo’ Fataawa Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah, 19/12). He also said (may Allaah have mercy on him), in vol. 24 of his Fataawa (p. 276, 277):

“The existence of the jinn is proven by the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), and by the consensus of the salaf and scholars of this ummah. Similarly, the fact that the jinn can enter human bodies is also proven by the consensus of the imaams of Ahl al-Sunnah wa’l-Jamaa’ah. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

‘Those who eat Riba will not stand (on the Day of Resurrection) except like the standing of a person beaten by Shaytaan (Satan) leading him to insanity…’

[al-Baqarah 2:275]

In al-Saheeh it is narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ‘The Shaytaan flows through the son of Adam as his blood flows…

There is no one among the imaams of the Muslims who denies that the jinn enter the body of the epileptic. Whoever denies that and claims that Islam denies that is telling lies about the sharee’ah, for there is no evidence in sharee’ah to say that this is not the case…”

With regard to the jinn harming humans, this is proven to happen and it does happen. Protection against that is attained by reciting Qur’aan and adhkaar (dhikr) prescribed in sharee’ah.

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) said:

“Undoubtedly the jinn can have a harmful effect on humans, and they could even kill them. They may harm a person by throwing stones at him, or by trying to terrify him, and other things that are proven in the Sunnah or indicated by real events. It was reported that the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) gave permission to one of his Companions to go to his wife during one of the military campaigns – I think it was the campaign of al-Khandaq – as he was a young man who had recently got married. When he reached his house, he found his wife standing at the door, and he objected to that. She said to him, ‘Go inside,’ so he went inside and found a snake curled up on the bed. He had a spear with him, so he stabbed it with the spear until it died, and at the same instant as the snake died the man also died. It was not known which of them died first, the snake or the man. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) heard of that, he forbade killing the harmless kinds of snakes that are found in houses, apart from those which are maimed or are streaked and malignant.

This indicates that the jinn may attack humans, and that they may harm them, as is known from real-life events. There are numerous reports which indicate that a man may come to a deserted area, and a stone may be thrown at him, but he does not see anybody, or he may hear voices or a rustling sound like the rustling of trees, and other things that may make him feel distressed and scared. A jinn may also enter the body of a human, either because of love or with the intention of harming him, or for some other reason. This is indicated in the aayah (interpretation of the meaning):

‘Those who eat Ribaa will not stand (on the Day of Resurrection) except like the standing of a person beaten by Shaytaan (Satan) leading him to insanity’[al-Baqarah 2:275]

In such cases, the jinn may speak from inside of that person and address the one who is reading verses from the Qur’aan over him; the reciter may take a promise from the jinn never to come back, and other things concerning which there are very many reports which are widespread among the people.

So the protection which will prevent the evil of the jinn is for a person to recite that which is narrated in the Sunnah as being effective in providing protection, such as Aayat al-Kurisy, for if a person recites Aayat al-Kursiy at night, he will continue to have protection from Allaah, and no shaytaan will come near him until morning. And Allaah is the Protector.’”

(Majmoo’ Fataawa al-Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen, 1/287-288)

The Sunnah mentions adhkhaar (dhikr) by means of which one may gain protection from the shayaateen (devils). These include:

Seeking refuge with Allaah from the jinn:

Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“And if an evil whisper from Shaytaan (Satan) tries to turn you away (O Muhammad) (from doing good), then seek refuge in Allaah. Verily, He is the All Hearer, the All Knower”[Fussilat 41:36]

“And if an evil whisper comes to you from Shaytaan (Satan), then seek refuge with Allaah. Verily, He is All-Hearer, All-Knower”

[al-A’raaf 7:200]

It was narrated from Sulaymaan ibn Sard that two men were trading insults in the presence of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon them), until the face of one of them turned red. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “I know a word which, if he were to say it, what he is suffering from would go away: ‘A’oodhu Billaahi min al-Shaytaan il-rajeem (I seek refuge with Allaah from the accursed Shaytaan).’”

(Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 3108; Muslim, 2610)

2 – Reciting al-Mi’wadhatayn (the last two Soorahs of the Qur’aan, al-Falaq and al-Naas). It was narrated that Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to seek refuge with Allaah from the jinn and from the evil eye until the Mi’wadhatayn were revealed, and when they were revealed he started to recite them and not anything else.”

(Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 2058; he said it is hasan ghareeb. Also narrated by al-Nasaa’i, 5494; Ibn Maajah, 3511. The hadeeth was classed as saheeh by al-Albaani (may Allaah have mercy on him) in Saheeh al-Jaami’, 4905).

yes jinn can enter body. look up exorcism and jinn and you will see live video. I have seen it with my on two eyes. There is many many cases. The brain is not central to everything in the body also. I am not 100% sure but there have been studies that reflect this. If I get time I will post.

This video is about angels and Jinn and is long and covers a lot.

ASsalamoelaikoem warahmatullahi wbarakatuh,

Brother ayman you are able to read arabic, so you can read the following hadieth insha Allah.

For the one who cannot read i will give you a summary:

A woman came to prophet with her child sick ( with jin in him) and the prophet peace be upon him said: "Come out you enemie of Allah i am the messenger of Allah" The Child was cured after that elhamdullilah.

Brother ayman, you said:

It's not authentic and therefore cannot be used to arrive at a religious deduction (Fiqh).

What do you mean, are you able to read arabic ..If yes

Read:

This hadieth is used to arrive at a religious deduction. And also if you read the tafasier of the Quran verse 275 of soerat al Baqara you will see that the Imams of tafsier say the same. They say the jin is able to enter the body.

And also the imams of ahlu sunnan wal jama3a say the same.

And i myself have seen this with my own eyes and have talked to differend jins. like what brother a_brother have mentioned
In such cases, the jinn may speak from inside of that person and address the one who is reading verses from the Qur’aan over him; the reciter may take a promise from the jinn never to come back, and other things concerning which there are very many reports which are widespread among the people.

i will mention post for you the tafsier of aya 275 of soerat el Baqara

Tafasier of verse 275

El Tabari:

El Jalalein:

El wajiez fi tafsier El Quraan el Aziez:

ibn kathir said:

ASsalamoelaikoem warahmatullahi wbarakatuh,

Sahieh Al-Bukhaari and Muslim are not the only books which contain the Authentic hadieths. A knowledgeable brother like you have to know this, so your Assumption:

The fact that all the hadeeths you quoted are missing from Al-Bukhaari and Muslim collections is testimony to their weakness.

Is wrong my dear brother. It has been collected in the " Sahieh" because the hadieth is "Sahieh" ( Authentic) and otherwise the hadieth was classified "Tha-ief" (weak).

You said:
Ibn Katheer is the one who gets it right

Ok we will focus on ibn Kathier to please you.

Someone who is strong in his arabic and reads this statement, he will derive from this that the Saytaan el Jin can cause "صرع " . " صرع" is an "epileptic attack". Een epileptic Attack my dear brother comes from the inside and not from the outside.

You can distinguish an "epileptic Attack" in:

- Biological problems with the nervous system ( including the brain). The nervous system is inside the body which causes the Attack
- Or The Jin who is using the nervous system to triger the attack.

So this means the Attack is coming from the inside and not outside.

i know maybe it's difficult to understand. But let me focus on Ibn Kathier. I have a simple Question to you:

Does ibn Kathier believe that the jin is not able to enter the human body?

For answering this Question you can Look into البداية والنهاية

Brother hard Rock, i am sorry i don't know your name. You asked me the Question why i talked with the Jin.

i have friends in whom the jins entered the body, like the jin(s) who entered your body.

So i helped them...And the jin spoke with their tongue at the moment and after i read the Quraan.

I started asking them Question like what is your belief etc....

My friends are muslims...but when i asked the jins which belief they have...they said we are jew.

I spoke with a female jin who entered the body of my friend. And i spoke also with a male jin who entered the body of another friend.

And sometimes the jin don't want to talk...

I want to ask an other simple Question to brother Ayman:

Do you belief in Sihr (السحر) ?

"And from the evil of the envier when he envies."

Note that we are asked to take refuge from the evil of what He has created so the possibility of being posessed cannot be ruled out. Moreover there is a hadith as some brother pointed out in this thread which implies Shaytan is inside us like blood flowing in the veins.

About the devil which circulate in the body of a human like the circulation of the blood is reality. Also Imam Nawawi made the same point in the explanation of the hadieth. He mentioned that is not metaphorically, but Dahir You take it like the hadieth is mentioned.

I have experienced this...When you read quraan the Jin start to go from one part of the body to the other..To escape the pain..because reading the Quraan causes Pain to the jin who is inside the humanbody. So he starts traveling in the body to get peace, but if you continue with reading the Quran he will not get peace.

I can tell you some experiences, but i have now something to do.

Assalamoelaikoem warahmatullahi wbarakatuh,

Brother Ayman you said in your previous post the following:

Jazaaka Allaahu Khayran, brother, for these quotations. As usual, Ibn Katheer is the one who gets it right.

That's why i have focused on ibn kathier. Why didn't you say before he is entitled to his opinion? Finish

but now you write:
And what if he does? It would be his opinion unless he provides rule-compliant evidence to back it up

This means you pick and choose. If you "think" he is on your side you say he is right. If he is not you say "It is his opinion". Do you see what i mean.

Like i said before the scholars of ahlu sunna say: The jin is able to enter the body of a humanbeing. They base their point on:

- Quraan
- Sunnah
- Experiences ( Well known)

So i am entitled to their opinion and i have experienced with my own eyes that a jin is able to enter the humanbody. And you are entitled to your opinion. I think we are finished with this discussion

Jinns can posses people

Matar ibn Abdurahman al Anaq said: Umm Abaan bint al wazi' bin zari ibn Amir al Abdi narrated from her father that her grandfather once went to the prophet s.a.w with his son or the son of his sister who was "Possessed by a jinn" the grandfather said " When we reached the Messenger of Allah in Al-Madinah, I saidO Messenger of Allah , I brought with me my son- or son of my sister - who is possessed by the devil, so can you make a supplication for him.The Prophet s.a.w said bring him to me. so i went back to the convoy where i had left him untidied him dressed him him with new clothes and brought him to the Prophet s.a.w .He said 'Bring him downso i can have access to his back'.when he s.a.w got hold of him he started stricking him on the back yelling 'Get Out, enemy of Allah, get out enemy of Allah.Suddenly, the boy started to look well,a look which was different from the previous one- then the Prophet s.a.w seated him near him, made a supplication for him,and wiped his face. After the supplication of the prophet s.a.w no one in the convoy was preferred more than him.

Al Hafid Mentioned about umm Abaan as acceptable, and Bukhari has transmitted her narrations.
