can u call someone an angel? I hear people say, o u look like an angel,and a'm like how do u know that, u don't know how angel looks like.can u call someone an angel?

Unless the one saying this means explicitly that the addressed individual is infact an "angel", then their statement is mere colloquial speech and can be considered an exaggeration. Nothing more. We cannot say they are sinning by saying this. In general people mean that the person addressed is really innocent / free from sinning or that they have a bright face and appearance.
It is not something to be encouraged but would fall under the "mubah" or grey matters.
