Anyone know a great fried chicken, hummus and falafel sandwich recipe?

There used to be a favorite restaurant that I go to for its fried chicken, rice with tasty garlic white sauce, hummus and falafel sandwich with it's awesome tasting white sauce (tziziki?). Does anyone know a great recipe? I'd love to try to make them on my own.

You can find most of the recipes by checking out TTI's cooking corner
or
Youtube's videos and of many blogs and cooking's website
Alhamdulillah!

But,
to tell that the standard will meet your taste is difficult
unless you try making it first .

I suggest
you, to ask the restaurant's owner yourself how to prepare them
OR
you can work with them for a couple of months
to know just how~insya'allah.

Then,
if you want you can share the great discovery of the recipes here
so everyone can try~Alhamdulillah!
