Are credit, debit cards permissible?

are those cards permissible to use?

i read somewhere that even if you intend to pay the money back before due date, they are not permitted as you dont know wht will happen tomorrow.

and also you cant agree to pay interest in the contract.

To sum up - Credit Cards are not permissable.

You need money in your account to use your debit card, so if you were using it to buy something at £1 but only had 99p ( in your account) then it wouldn't work. You're not borrowing form a debit card, unless of course you have a overdraft but Muslims wouldn't have one of those I would imagine.
