Are the Hanafi, Hanbali, Shafi and Malaki schools of thought permissable here?

Assalamu alaikom wa rahmat Allahi wa burrahktohu,

I just wished to clarify, in Islam we generally recognise that there are four main schools of Fiqu and jurisprudence that are widely accepted in their diversity, because this is a mercy from allah subhana wa t'ala. Is this concensus accepted here at TTI?

I ask with respect and wanted to be clear on this matter.

:wasalam:,

yes, as all 4 schools are part of Islam, they can be discussed here at TTI too.
i am hanafi and i've asked many Q's on that.

the salafis (those who dont follow any particular school completely) but still they take frm these 4 schools.

I would request Brothers and Sisters to read these books and lsiten the lectures and think without bias before commenting on the topic.

How many times it has happened on TTI that people don't even read/listent to what is posted and comment on it!

Assalamu alaikom brother,

InshaAllah I shall bookmark these and take proper time in paying attention to them.

:) I also agree that the 4 schools all have valid basis for differing opinions and no Imam treated any other with disrespect and that part of the beauty of Islam is in the wideness and flexibility, the signs of mercy and ease that our Rabb gave to us, but it is important to remember that they spent much time and effort in understanding the sunnah and reached their verdicts with careful analysis, we can take great benefit from them, Alhamdulillah.
