Although this thread was made with good intentions I'm sure, I'm going to close it on a few counts. It is not wrong to find people of your own age and seek acquaintances among the practicing and righteous, as good friends are one of the best blessings a Muslim can have. However such environments should be kept with the individual Brothers and Sister's Clubs, and does not serve much purpose on the main forum as I see it.

Furthermore, I think ethnic backgrounds also should not play such a big factor, although as I said before it does not matter as long as it is in the proper section. This is to protect all our brothers and sisters and keep them in the best interests. I mean all my dear Pakistani sisters dont want to all of a sudden find marriage proposals in their inbox (I'm joking and I apologize thereby for the generalization made on behalf of it).

We have similar threads in the sister's section, Please join the Sister's / Brother's Club and begin participating there as well insha'Allah!!
