But, it they tortured the weak and the opressed people and their crime is clear and open in the public. Forgiving them would be Injustice and would also encourage other criminals to do further injustice.
This principle is not disputed in any Countrty irrepective of their religion, or communism or Democracy. Thats is why countries have criminal law ans punishment.
