As i was Washing my nostrils, I started bleeding

So I was making Ghusl and as I got to washing my nostrils I started bleeding. I think I sniffed in the water too hard. So what should I do? Did I break my Ghusl ?should I make Ghusl again or can I Just make Wudu ?

Pls reply ASAP

First, if your nose is bleeding do not tip your head back as this causes blood to run back and into your airways, for people who do not clot fast this can actually be dangerous. Always tip your head forward and plug your nose until the bleeding stops.

Second, sniffing water into the nose should not cause bleeding. More likely you were washing out the nose and it removed a scab or dirt, or something which allowed the nose to bleed. Assuming that you do not have any health problems that lead to excessive bleeding, nose bleeds are usually caused by dehydration or dried out mucus in the nose (like when you are in excessively windy areas).

This is by my understanding, if you bleed during the ghusl or wudu you must start over whichever one you are doing. If the bleeding happens after the ghusl, than you must perform wudu.

Al-Hassan says, "The Muslims used to pray even while wounded." (Reported by Al-Bukhari) He also reported, "Ibn `Umar squeezed a pimple until it bled, but he did not renew his ablution. Ibn Abi `Uqiyy spat blood and continued his Prayer. `Umar ibn Al-Khattab prayed while blood was flowing from him. `Ibbad ibn Bishr was hit with an arrow while praying, but continued his Prayers." (Reported by Abu Dawud, Ibn Khuzaimah, and Al-Bukhari.)

I have read that, while it is not obligatory to renew the ghusl after bleeding, some scholars believe that it is a good deed.
