As Salaam Alaikum my question is is it normal that when I was an American Non Muslim never heard of Islam/Muslims untill 9/11 2001 I was 15 years of age anyone else like me in America or the Western World or i9n the Non Islamic/Non Muslim World ?



This was my state-of-mind prior to 9/11. Up to this point I never heard about Islam.

Well it is qood that you've heard about it...I think in the age of internet nobody can be excluded from the excuse of "I didn't know"...
But yes I agree with you, many in the western world didn't know anything about Islam

...really???no not knowing and has the knowledge of islam at all...if it wasn't that blast on 9/11
that was disturbing way to gain knowledge
