Id like to know the rewards of fasting on monday and thursday pliz dear brothers and sisters

Welcome to TTI Sister. I know this is late, but you might have more response to your question if posted under Islamic Discussion.
I know fasting is recommended on Mondays and Thursdays for unmarried brothers, to help them stay focussed on their deen. I am not knowledgeable enough to comment on the rewards for sisters who do so.
