Assalamo alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu

Please read the conversation below and then offer any suggestions on how to deal with the atrocities that are happening all our the world. Muslims especially in the west constantly need advisement on every step that they take, so that they don't indulge is something that is haram.

I've just been thinking about different things like akhirah
like the injustices inflicted on muslims all over the world
one of the most recent being Tarek Mahenna
mehanna
and i read his speech that he gave in court on the 12th of this month
one amazing man
so few can withstand the injustice he withstood and is still withstanding
I don't know, i can't really put into words everything that i have been thinking about but there's so much on my mind
and such few words to describe it

MY RESPONSE:
remember few things
1) Verily in the rememberance of Allah, hearts find tranquilitiy
2) And they planned and Allah planned and Allah is the best planner
3) Allah doesn't burden a soul beyond its capacity or capability
4) The injustices are a test on us...read what happened to Bilal and other sahabas and messengers and compare what they went through and what we (general term) are going through

I understand all of the points you've made and i am well aware of them.. i cannot help but feel the pain for all of those injustices inflicted upon the ummah and i can't help but wonder how i will question on the day of judgment for being a bystander
MY RESPONSE
you are already helping by feeling bad in your heart..you have a concern about your fellow muslims
now the way you can help is to safeguard yourself first from the evils......
by getting good education inshallah...that education that will benefit the muslims of USA
by getting married and producing children who will be the true representators of Islam

2) participate in the dawah activities of your MSA
3) Start halaqas in your local masjid
especially for H.S students as they do too much haram during that age

these are the three things that you should consider for the time being

To do something out of frustration is a reaction. That's easy. And often it does not give the desired result. So one should be careful about wrong steps one might take, it can negatively effect many and benefit none.

Let him try and make sense out of what Almighty Allah tells us ...
“And seek assistance through patience and prayer, and most surely it is a hard thing except for the humble ones.”[Qur'an 02.45 ]

“ O mankind! We have created you from a male and female, and made you into nations and tribes that you may know one another. Verily, the most honourable of you in the Sight of Allaah is the believer who has the most piety. Verily, Allaah is All Knowing, All Aware.” [Qur’an 49:13]

“ O you who believe! Stand out firmly for Allah and be just witnesses and let not the enmity and hatred of others make you avoid justice. Be just: that is nearer to piety, and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Well-Acquainted with what you do.” [Qur'an 5:8 ]

And here is what he should strive to become first. Before thinking about what he can do to better the condition of others, in my opinion.
“Ye are the best of peoples, risen up for mankind, commanding what is right, forbidding what is evil, and believing in Allah… ” [Qur’an, 3:110]

“Do men think that they will be left alone on saying, "We believe", and that they will not be tested?” [Qur'an 29:2]
