The responsibility is upon each and every one of us to change.

I think we've desecrated the term 'Muslim', through our actions, it was something the Sahabah called themselves, and rightfully so, but are we worthy of being referred to as such?

Salaam Isra, peace and blessings be upon you.

Thanks for sharing this. Who is this man? He is a wonderful orator, but more importantly a voice of reason and wisdom, and a real inspiration. I have heard too many speakers that seek to generate hatred and hostility among the Ummah, towards races, nations, cultures, institutions, but this man is a true Muslim and need not employ any such tactics to promote his message of Truth, and there are not enough like him that I have heard, I'm glad you posted this.

What would I type in to YouTube to find these videos? I want to save these. Are there any more videos featuring this speaker?

Thanks again.

I think the speaker is called Shaykh Zahir Mahmoud - spellings of his name vary, though Im not too familiar with his talks prior to now, since I only heard one, ''Martyrdom of Uthman Ibn Affan.''

Im glad you felt it was benficial. Typing ''Shaykh Zahir Mahmood/Mahmoud'' in Youtube should do the trick inshaAllah.

Thanks Isra.

You know, I've just realised that if I click on the screens above, then it takes me straight to the YouTube site with the videos. Hehe. I didn't realise that.

I found the 'Matyrdom of Uthman Ibn Affan', and I'll have a listen to this.

Thanks for sharing. :)

Oh, might I ask you? How do you embed video on here. There seems to be different operations necessary to embed videos on different sites.

There are many scholars who are like him. And very few who are into tribalism. It is unfortunate that the first expose to islam when u are searching about islam it went to these bad websites. I think I heard many good muslim scholars more than those who are into tribalism.

Please visit my Youtube channel I have videos for scholars like him:
