Boycotting as a muslim in the US

I have read several scholars' opinion that it is an obligation to avoid dealings and buying products with the kuffar who are fighting the Muslims, e.g. Israel. But how, as a muslim in the US should we do this (some even call for US boycott)? I do try to not purchase goods that are made in Israel or Israeli brands, but what about the day to day business??

For example, my professor is an Israeli. He is a very good professor, better than some I had, and he is always very helpful whenever I ask questions. What about going to stores and buying from a store who is owned by a Jew? We know not all Jews are in support of what Israel is doing, so how should we approach this?

I understand your point, almost everything in US support Isareal, even your own taxes. thank god, i don't work yet, so whatever that i know is Israeli product i stay away from it even if i'm not the one who bought it. Therefore if you are going to live in US then you 'll have to pay so you can try to boycott some other staff that you can.

think about this too: the same scholars that said these things would probably rule that living in the land of the kuffar is haram or makruh. they most likely say to make hijra. hijra is probably the best thing for a muslim living in a non-muslim land; however, not everyone is capable of making hijra for legitimate reasons ALLAH SWT knows best.

in islam we are told that if we see an injustice, that we should change it; if we can't we should speak against it and if we still can't do that, we should hate it in our heart. maybe that is what you might have to do.

we,muslims are very broad minded. we forget everything very easily. look, how many of us thinking about the sufferings of palestinian brothers, sisters and their children now? thousands of people lost their life. Many lost their families, houses, business, the way of living everything. Israeli army have gone back but we don't think what they left behind. we don't think anymore how our brothers and sisters suffering their days in enormous difficulties. the world might go on like this. the jews have killed millions of muslims in the past history. they plotted against muslims one after another. but how many of us we remember this? if it were the jews, could they forget it? do any jew goes to any muslim shop for buying something? here in canada i never saw that. they even don't wanna talk to a muslim cause they pretend muslims are inferior to them. i saw thousands of jews in canada praising ISRAEL for attacking on Gaza. the jewish community leaders in Montreal harsly attacked the muslims who took the procession to opposs the attack on Gaza they gave interviews to the medias that all the muslims who are protesting for the attck on Gaza are terrorists and they asked government to investigate if they were engaged in terrorist activities . i wana say that the jewish are jewish. so whatever action we can do to boycott their products we should, we shouldn't buy their products to help them.
