Iron Dome doesn´t stop Qassams. They flying altitude is lower and they are too fast.

Iron Dome is meant to stop different kind of missiles.

No sister it can

The Iron Dome was developed to destroy rockets with ranges of 3 to 44 miles (5 to 70 km). The advanced anti-rocket system can intercept projectiles used by Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and Iran-backed Hezbollah in Lebanon. It passed test-runs this summer and will be used to protect Israeli communities in the Gaza-border region or in northern Israel along Lebanon's border.

I knew something like this was bound to happen - tie up all the Arabic nations in wars of their own, and when everyone's distracted, Israel starts its wargames again.

This is so disgusting, I can't type anymore.

May Allah Forgive us
:salam2:

The brothers need some artillery shelling. Their system cannot intercept cannon fire, I guess. It is a missile/rocket defense system. They need some pretty long range howitzers and make pie out of Israel.

So the international community can send their troops to Libya, but when stuff like this happen in Gaza, they're not bothered. Why can't people get involved and stop Israel? This is pure racism, it's so unfair.

Very simple;

Palestinians don´t want foreign forces to Palestine.

The world doesn't care what Palestinians think.

What can the Palestinian authorities do to stop foreign forces? Nothing, they can't even stop Israel killing them, but they can stop foreign help?

Right now Gaza needs all the help they can get but as it seems no government in this world cares about their suffering.

People are concerened with power and status instead of saving lives, whether Muslim or not.

In these emergency situations, permission should not be needed.

And what do Palestinians have that foreign forces would want to 'invade'?

Then why this went to sky despite Iron Dome if it is so good system?

"Grad fired towards Ashdod for the first time
A Grad rocket fired from Gaza towards Ashdod apparently landed south of the Israeli city.
Sirens were also heard in Gan Yavne and Kiryat Malachi.

A -45- k.m rocket for the first time"

Oops.

Israeli army enters the Iron Dome system into use within weeks

According to Haaretz, the Israeli is expected to be announced within several weeks for a system of "Iron Dome" to intercept rocket-propelled grenades and short-range missiles ready in practice.

The newspaper pointed to the Israeli Air Force had recently conducted a series of experiments to test the effectiveness of this system in southern Israel, where he was simulated five different scenarios of hostile fire rocket-propelled grenades at different distances and in all scenarios interceptor missiles able to destroy the Israeli-made rocket successfully.

These experiences proved by Ha'aretz, the ability of a radar system "Iron Dome" to distinguish between missiles, which pose a real threat and destined to places inhabited and the false alarm down the rocket-propelled grenades in the toilet has been firing system countermeasures toward missiles destined to the places inhabited only.

According to estimates by the Israeli Air Force will be necessary to supply 13 of the battery system of the Dome of the rail to provide the highest degree of protection and defense.

The newspaper pointed out that it was postponing the announcement of the entry system for field work in the past due to technical problems and is expected to be announced its entry into the field of work within weeks.

It was unclear when the new battery will be placed in the South, noting that the Air Force plan is to put the Iron Dome in the military base and moved only when needed, while student members of the Committee of Foreign Affairs and Security Committee of the Knesset by placing them in the communities around the Gaza Strip.

Israeli television broadcast pictures of the test system "Iron Dome"

Tel Aviv: For the first time, the channel aired the tenth in the Israeli television pictures taken during the experiment that was held recently to test Iron Dome system, the Israeli-made for intercepting rockets and missiles of short and medium term.

And seen the system successfully opposed a rocket-propelled grenades from the Qassam rockets and Grad rocket-propelled grenades and 220-mm.

The State of the Israeli occupation has decided to delay the release of "Iron Dome" until next year.

According to Saudi news agency SPA "SPA" The Department of the Israeli war had been announced last July it will start running the Iron Dome interceptor missiles can be launched from the Gaza Strip and Lebanon in November.

The sources added that the army decided to postpone the publication of that system to the first quarter of 2011 to allow more time to train people who will work on the operation due to the severity of its complexity.

The aim of the system developed by Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, with financial assistance from the United States, to intercept missiles and artillery shells fired from a distance of between four and 70 km.

And each composed of a missile battery radar monitoring and follow-up and fire control programs very sophisticated, and three launchers, and each one containing 20 interceptor missiles, according to the military source.

It is likely that the system be deployed along the border with the Gaza Strip, which it called the Palestinian resistance rockets at southern territories occupied in 48.

The system will be published later on the border with Lebanon, including Hezbollah launched four thousand rocket during the 2006 war, prompting Israel to develop a system of "Iron Dome".
Radar system, developed by Raytheon that is capable of tracking an object the size of a baseball from a distance of about 4700 km. This will enable Arrow missile system to intercept Iranian missile Shahab-3 ballistic in about halfway through the flight to Israel, which will last 11 minutes.

The new system would help Israel in missile tracking medium and long term, and will increase the response to rocket the "arrow" Israeli-made missiles to intercept.

The United States has deployed missiles in Israel - as it did in Japan and the Czech Republic - to set up an integrated network to address the potential missiles launched from Iran and others as what you say.

And received Israeli Defence Minister Ehud Barak's approval of the U.S. Department of Defense (Pentagon) to supply Israel with strong radar during talks in July 2008. The Americans said they would open more room in front of the arrival of Israel's satellites for their system to support defense and missile, which tracks the moment of launch.

In parallel with the evolution of allies together Arrow missile shield, which is called interceptor missiles to shoot down missiles at high altitude following.

also Israel have MTHEL - Mobile Tactical High Energy Laser Is the anti-missile system short-term result of U.S. cooperation - Israeli began testing it since 1996.

This is a deadly weapon is a weapon only laser-based chemical used in the armies. He himself is the subject of the saree, a Boeing 747-400 against Scud missiles.

Are produced flashes of laser Typical Chemical usually through the hot gas, but here was produced within a special type of glass, similar to a large extent the same idea of the CD, DVD

Flashes of light off the camera almost uniform (light photons) and fall on nine DVD Wizard neodymium glass .., within these discs gather in the form of coherent packages called monochromatic light and called solid-state heat capacity (SSHC) lasers

And increase the strength given us more light falling on the glass and possible more than enough to heat the steel at a distance of 182 meters.
With the addition of control devices in place exactly at the objective and some analysis of the data devices can be controlled in the target type and any place they want to hit him exactly. (Woo the actual name of Zeus).
This laser solid-state heat capacity (SSHC) lasers in the Zeus system produces 10 kilo-Watt could rise up to 100 kW range to be a maximum of 8 kilometers (5 miles).

The difficulty lies not in the production of a laser, but keep it cool because of the loss of properties laser because the energy required to produce 100 kW is 1 MW production capacity, have been overcome that problem but I'm I do not know What do you .. were supposed to be in service in 2007 ..

The subject of Judaism, on the border there Bizar pure light of a regular search, but was tested in 2002 and successfully fired a Katyusha experiment were blown air missiles ... (if friendly Remember Israel announced development of a weapon destroys Hezbollah shells and Qassam in 2007 ..)

And that the system is loaded on 3 large trailers.

Facility omitted alone radar to detect missiles and rockets and send your CV to launch laser unit and that unit is to control and Alstrp and communications intelligence C3I

firstly there is no country called Palestine! what we have is Israel who has occupied the land that was awarded to the local arabs under the 1948 UN resolution. They have given some of the land back on the east (west bank - west of river jordan) and in the west (gaza strip). So there is no question of asking Palestinians - they just dont have a say in anything!

as far as destiny goes, al Quds (Jerusalem) is destined to be governed by the muslim khalifa which will be Isa Maseeh (as). so whatever the Jews believe about birth right and all, that story is wrong! exactly how things unfold is anybody's guess. what is certain however, is that it will happen.

Looking at how things stand today, i cant see Israel weakening any time soon. In fact, it appears that they will expand their borders beyond where they currently stand. Remember that Israel doesnt have a written constitution and therefore doesnt have fixed borders!
