British Accents

I read an article on-line about British accents. It turns out British troops in Afghanistan could not understand why they kept hearing British accents while intercepting messages. After investigating it was discovered that Somalian and Pakistanis who were raised in England, having thick Midland accents, are freedom fighters. It tickled me to no end.

Sahih International: The lightning almost snatches away their sight. Every time it lights [the way] for them, they walk therein; but when darkness comes over them, they stand [still]. And if Allah had willed, He could have taken away their hearing and their sight. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.


This is because this is a misconception amongst people (many Muslims as well), that Allah (God) can do anything. God (Allah) does Godly things.

Forgive my wording. Somalian and Pakistani men who lived in England are now fighting the British troops in Afghanistan. The British had a difficult time understqnding why they kept hearing British accents.

Ha.Ha. maybe they had Birmingham accents..The British army would be so confused to hear other british accents & on the other side they wouldn't know who friendly or foe..
