Butter biscuits

Ingredients
125g butter, softened
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg, at room temperature
2 cups plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon milk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
Step 2
Using an electric mixer, beat butter, sugar and vanilla in a small bowl until pale and creamy. Add egg and mix until well combined. Sift flour and baking powder over butter mixture. Add milk and stir until just combined.

Cook 20 min.

PS: eat more fruits and leave cookies for rare times.

I made them yesterday and with coffee they are great. From egg i used only the yolk.
