Cell phone & Qur'an

Cell phone vs. Qur'an

Ever wonder what would happen if we treated our Qur'an like we treat

our cell phone?

What if we carried it around in our purses or pockets?

What if we flipped through it several time a day?

What if we turned back to go get it if we forgot it?

What if we used it to receive messages from the text?

What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it?

What if we gave it to kids as gifts?

What if we used it when we traveled?

What if we used it in case of emergency?

This is something to make you go....hmm...where is my Qur'an?

Oh, and one more thing.
Unlike our cell phone, we don't have to worry about our Qur'an being
disconnected

Makes you stop and think 'where are my priorities? And no dropped calls!

Very good

The Quran is to be used, read and branded to the heart, and should be with you at all times. Otherwise, one would become a "Sunday only" Muslim, like most Christians. You should be able to open it up and show an answer to anyone asking.

:salam2:

Gazak Allah khair for this inspiring post. But it's a pity that we're living at a time when we have to remind ourselves of treating the Quran - the holy words of Allah- as the cell phone. Hope it works for us and for otheras well. Salam
