Chaos at mosque protest

This is not the way to spread peace, specially during the month of ramadan. This just portrays muslims as being 'violent' & 'malicious'. This is exactly what the media wants to show about the Islamic world, and these guys make their jobs even easier!

I came to the protest for one thing and one thing only, to protect the mosque, unfortunately loads of other young Muslims came their with different intentions.

well a racist party called the SIOE (stop islamification of europe) originally planned to protest outside the mosque because they hate Islam.

Anyway a counter protest was made, by the muslims, to protect the mosque. The muslim turnout was great, the racist turnout was only 10 people and they got chased out of the area, some got caught and beaten up.

Some muslims turned on the police, they also caught a couple of the racist people and they got beaten up.

Most of the racist people never showed up because the police were afraid on how we would react.

I think they were just slightly outnumbered lol. I agree with you though, those Muslim's that decided to cause a scene were giving a wrong impression of Islam. What was the point of throwing stones at the police. It really saddens me to see such behavior.

May Allah SWT guide them to the true teachings of our beloved Prophet Muhammed SAW.

Asalamu Alaikum..

The turnout of muslims to outnumber these horrible people is great, However we should learn to control our anger and maintain the best characteristics adhering to the Quran and Sunnah.

In addition to this, a sister advised me that 2 brothers going for taraweeh prayer at Tooting mosque (Bases in south london) have been attacked.

One of the brothers is an old man walking his little granchild home and he was attacked by 3 men and died.
The other brother had also been attacked and he is in coma.

These 2 events have happend recently and the sister advises that it may of been towards the hatred of Islam.

My dear brothers andwalk sisters please make your dua before you leave your home/mosque and dont alone.

It's sadden me that people have such hatred for Islam!
