Cheesy Question

salaam,

I was wondering. If a product states that its cheese is porcine-free, but that in making the cheese it uses both animal and non-animal enzymes, is it halal to eat?

Because there's this hadith where the Sahabah were given cheese from the jews, and it was said say Bismillah and eat it.
