It is time to overhaul the blinding with science of godless Psychiatry and the binding with black magic of devil-inspired Faith healing charlatans. Learn to trust in Allah and not in the devils and their human counterparts. Find comfort in Islam and thank Allah that He has left for us completely unaltered, His Speech; the Quran, as a healing and mercy to those who need His Protection in these darkest of days we live in. Dignify yourself as a servant of Allah, for He is closer to you than your jugular vein; keep that in mind when Satan's evil whispers try to overcome you. Take care, keep your head on and never accept temporary insanity as an excuse.

Mental illness is no different than diabetes or the flu. I wish Muslims would stop confusing mental illness with spiritual issues, the two are very different. I am not sure why people would call it "Godless" to give medication for a chemical imbalance. I have seen some truly disturbing behavior from Muslims when treating someone with schizophrenia or a mood disorder. We need to educate the ummah on mental illness instead of stigmatizing the people who suffer as "possessed" or "spiritually weak."

As far as the video goes, looks like a lots of special effects mixed with old film footage from the 1940's.

Although the therapeutic process is expedited when a person is cognizant of the spiritual dimensions of life.
In working with clients over the years patients who believed in God made faster recovery.

However, when a person is in a schizophrenic state: they have physical manifestations which have to be treated by a physician. This is a toxic state. They are a danger to themselves.

The medications allow a patient the psychological state to be able to understand and communicate with those around them.
