Concentration

I wondered if anyone can tell me is it premissible to read the english translation of the surah as well as the Arabic, in order to increase concentration during the salah.

wa alaykum salam

If you know the Arabic, then Salah can only be made in Arabic. That is far as I know. For concentration you can either:

1. Spend time and learn Arabic

or

2. Learn the translations and then think of them while praying
