I think the moderator needs to approve your thread first before it is shown to the public because the thread that you made contain a link.

does this forum limit large posts or links or something? I've rewritten my post several times and it never goes through =[

Since you are a new member and you just have a few posts, a moderator needs to approve your thread first.

As in the thread that you have posted contained a link. This is for safe reasons I suppose. InshaAllah, just wait for a moderator to approve it. It depends on whether there is any moderator now.

As for editing of your post, you can find the edit button on the bottom right corner of every post. If you don't have it, I think it depends on your number of posts too.
