How can I choose a custom avatar that is not from the list?

Go under your user CP (Control Panel)

1-Click on Edit Avatar
2-Select Use Custom Avatar
3- you can Option 1 - Enter the URL to the Image on Another Website or
Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer

Oh ok, I get it, it's because of my number of posts then..

This is exactly what i wanted to ask about.

I wonder if the signature needs the same number of posts to be able to use one ???
