While the cookies are baking and the milk is cooling I thought I would share a silly story with ya'll.
Please indulge me:
Once upon a time I was working in the IT industry. Yes, they allowed me for a time. My humble job required that I make the cold sell for companies to buy our voice data/satellite systems and there would be a substantial bonus thereafter for me once I made the initial contact for the contract. We used a data bank.
While tweedling away I noticed my next call was to the Russian Embassy. I paused and asked my supervisor did he really want me, of all the members in our department, to call the Russian Embassy and try to sell them a satellite system. I pointed a finger backwards toward me. And I had a question mark for my expression as I inquired.
He replied yes.
Two weeks later, while we are being interrogated by the FBI, I told him didn't I ask you if you really wanted me to make the phone call!!
