Folks I am a little depressed right now so I am thinking food. What is your favourite comfort dessert ?

Right now, I want chocolate mousse ice cream (from Baskin Robbins preferably), with some corn flakes crushed and sprinkled on the top and some diced banana thrown in as well .........wait wait ..... oh yeah ....... and extra chocolate sauce topping (told you I was feelin blue)

Last night I came home after 11 hours of driving and I ate, and I can't believe I did this, a tub of cool whip with vanilla crackers...but I am a menopusal woman...i can do anything..or else I go crazy.
