do i need to make up all the fasting i never did?..also prayer question

i converted to islam when i was like 12

i am nearly nineteen and just married.

my wife and i are trying to get closer to our faith.
( she just recently converted)

but i have never fasted....

should i try to make up all the fasting i never did...what is the opinion/ common ruling on this.
because that is like half a year of fasting


also if i don't perform fajr before sunrise can i make it up...say after work??
which would be the only time i could make it up..

and what is the common precedure for making up the rest of the prayers that i cant perform while at work? if it is any different than fajr

i have been doing extra raka but i am not sure if i should make up all the missed prayers before the next prayer time, or after i pray the next prayer time. or begin making them up when the next prayer time arrives
