وَقُل رَّبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّيَاطِينِ
23.97. Waqul rabbi aAAoothu bika min hamazati alshshayateeni
23.97. Et dis : “Seigneur, je cherche Ta protection, contre les incitations des diables.
23.97 . And say : My Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from suggestions of the evil ones ,

وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ رَبِّ أَن يَحْضُرُونِ
23.98. WaaAAoothu bika rabbi an yahdurooni
23.98. et je cherche Ta protection, Seigneur, contre leur présence auprès de moi”.
23.98 . And I seek refuge in Thee , my Lord , lest they be present with me ,

2.201. Waminhum man yaqoolu rabbana atina fee alddunya hasanatan wafee al-akhirati hasanatan waqina AAathaba alnnari
2.201. Et il est des gens qui disent : “Seigneur ! Accorde nous belle ici-bas, et belle part aussi dans l'au-delà; et protège-nous du châtiment du Feu ! ”.
2.201 . And of them ( also ) is he who saith : "Our Lord! Give unto us in the world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good , and guard us from the doom of Fire . "

وِمِنْهُم مَّن يَقُولُ رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

وَوَصَّيْنَا الْإِنسَانَ بِوَالِدَيْهِ إِحْسَاناً حَمَلَتْهُ أُمُّهُ كُرْهاً وَوَضَعَتْهُ كُرْهاً وَحَمْلُهُ وَفِصَالُهُ ثَلَاثُونَ شَهْراً حَتَّى إِذَا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُ وَبَلَغَ أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً قَالَ رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَى وَالِدَيَّ وَأَنْ أَعْمَلَ صَالِحاً تَرْضَاهُ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي فِي ذُرِّيَّتِي إِنِّي تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ وَإِنِّي مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
46.15. Wawassayna al-insana biwalidayhi ihsanan hamalat-hu ommuhu kurhan wawadaAAat-hu kurhan wahamluhu wafisaluhu thalathoona shahran hatta itha balagha ashuddahu wabalagha arbaAAeena sanatan qala rabbi awziAAnee an ashkura niAAmataka allatee anAAamta AAalayya waAAala walidayya waan aAAmala salihan tardahu waaslih lee fee thurriyyatee innee tubtu ilayka wa-innee mina almuslimeena
46.15. Et Nous avons enjoint à l'homme de la bonté envers ses père et mère : sa mère l'a péniblement porté et en a péniblement accouché; et sa gestation et sevrage durant trente mois; puis quand il atteint ses pleines forces et atteint quarante ans, il dit : “ô Seigneur ! Inspire-moi pour que je rende grâce au bienfait dont Tu m'as comblé ainsi qu'à mes père et mère, et pour que je fasse une bonne oeuvre que Tu agrées. Et fais que ma postérité soit de moralité saine, Je me repens à Toi et je suis du nombre des Soumis”.
46.15 . And We have commended unto man kindness toward parents . His mother beareth him with reluctance , and bringeth him forth with reluctance , and the bearing of him and the weaning of him is thirty months , till , when he attaineth full strength and reacheth forty years , he saith : My Lord! Arouse me that I may give thanks for the favor wherewith Thou hast favored me and my parents , and that I may do right acceptable unto Thee . And be gracious unto me In the matter of my seed . Lo! I have turned unto Thee repentant , and lo! I am of those who surrender ( unto Thee ) .

قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَغَفَرَ لَهُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ
28.16. Qala rabbi innee thalamtu nafsee faighfir lee faghafara lahu innahu huwa alghafooru alrraheemu
28.16. Il dit : “Seigneur, je me suis fait du tort à moi-même; pardonne-moi”. Et Il lui pardonna. C'est Lui vraiment le Pardonneur, le Miséricordieux !
28.16 . He said : My Lord! Lo! I have wronged my soul , so forgive me . Then He forgave him . Lo! He is the Forgiving , the Merciful .

رَبِّ هَبْ لِي حُكْمًا وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالصَّالِحِينَ (83)

(ص 371)

وَاجْعَل لِّي لِسَانَ صِدْقٍ فِي الْآخِرِينَ (84)

وَاجْعَلْنِي مِن وَرَثَةِ جَنَّةِ النَّعِيمِ (8

From the supplication of Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him)

O my Lord! bestow wisdom on me, and join me with the righteous; O my Lord! bestow wisdom on me, and join me with the righteous; grant me honourable mention on the tongue of truth among the latest (generations); make me one of the inheritors of the Garden of Bliss” (26:83-85)
Parmi les invocations d’Abraham

Seigneur, accorde-moi sagesse (et savoir) et fais-moi rejoindre les gens de bien; fais que j'aie une mention honorable sur les langues de la postérité; et fais de moi l'un des héritiers du Jardin des délices.

إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ
1.5. Iyyaka naAAbudu wa-iyyaka nastaAAeenu
1.5. C'est Toi [Seul] que nous adorons, et c'est Toi [Seul] dont nous implorons secours.
1.5 . Thee ( alone ) we worship ; Thee alone we ask for help .

اهدِنَــــا الصِّرَاطَ المُستَقِيمَ
1.6. Ihdina alssirata almustaqeema
1.6. Guide-nous dans le droit chemin,

2.186. Wa-itha saalaka AAibadee AAannee fa-innee qareebun ojeebu daAAwata alddaAAi itha daAAani falyastajeeboo lee walyu/minoo bee laAAallahum yarshudoona
2.186. Et quand Mes serviteurs t'interrogent sur Moi.. alors Je suis tout proche : Je réponds à l'appel de celui qui Me prie quand il Me prie. Qu'ils répondent à Mon appel, et qu'ils croient en Moi, afin qu'ils soient bien guidés.
2.186 . And when My servant question thee concerning Me , then surely I am nigh . I answer the prayer of the suppliant when he crieth unto Me . So let them bear My call and let them trust in Me , in order that they may be led aright .

وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُواْ لِي وَلْيُؤْمِنُواْ بِي لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ

رَبَّنَا لاَ تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْوَهَّابُ
3.8. Rabbana la tuzigh quloobana baAAda ith hadaytana wahab lana min ladunka rahmatan innaka anta alwahhabu
3.8. “Seigneur ! Ne laisse pas dévier nos cœurs après que Tu nous aies guidés; et accorde-nous Ta miséricorde. C'est Toi, certes, le Grand Donateur !
3.8 . Our Lord! Cause not our hearts to stray after Thou hast guided us , and bestow upon us mercy from Thy Presence . Lo! Thou , only Thou art the Bestower .

فَقَالُواْ عَلَى اللّهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا رَبَّنَا لاَ تَجْعَلْنَا فِتْنَةً لِّلْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ
10.85. Faqaloo AAala Allahi tawakkalna rabbana la tajAAalna fitnatan lilqawmi alththalimeena
10.85. Ils dirent : “En Allah nous plaçons notre confiance. ô notre Seigneur, ne fais pas de nous une cible pour les persécutions des injustes.
10.85 . They said : In Allah we put trust . Our Lord! Oh , make us not a lure for the wrongdoing folk ;

وَنَجِّنَا بِرَحْمَتِكَ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ
10.86. Wanajjina birahmatika mina alqawmi alkafireena
10.86. Et délivre-nous, par Ta miséricorde, des gens mécréants”.
10.86 . And , of Thy mercy , save us from the folk that disbelieve .

هُنَالِكَ دَعَا زَكَرِيَّا رَبَّهُ قَالَ رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِن لَّدُنْكَ ذُرِّيَّةً طَيِّبَةً إِنَّكَ سَمِيعُ الدُّعَاء
3.38. Hunalika daAAa zakariyya rabbahu qala rabbi hab lee min ladunka thurriyyatan tayyibatan innaka sameeAAu aldduAAa/-i
3.38. Alors, Zacharie pria son Seigneur, et dit : “ô mon Seigneur, donne-moi, venant de Toi, une excellente descendance. Car Tu es Celui qui entend bien la prière”.
3.38 . Then Zachariah prayed unto his Lord and said : My Lord! Bestow upon me of Thy bounty goodly offspring . Lo! Thou an the Hearer of Prayer .

وَإِذْ قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ رَبِّ اجْعَلْ هَـذَا الْبَلَدَ آمِناً وَاجْنُبْنِي وَبَنِيَّ أَن نَّعْبُدَ الأَصْنَامَ
14.35. Wa-ith qala ibraheemu rabbi ijAAal hatha albalada aminan waojnubnee wabaniyya an naAAbuda al-asnama
14.35. Et (rappelle-toi) quand Abraham dit : “ô mon Seigneur, fais de cette cité un lieu sûr, et préserve-moi ainsi que mes enfants de l'adoration des idoles.
14.35 . And when Abraham said : My Lord! Make safe this territory , and preserve me and my sons from serving idols .

رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ
14.41. Rabbana ighfir lee waliwalidayya walilmu/mineena yawma yaqoomu alhisabu
14.41. ô notre Seigneur ! pardonne-moi, ainsi qu'à mes père et mère et aux croyants, le jour de la reddition des comptes”.
14.41 . Our Lord! Forgive me and my parents and believers on the day when the account is cast .

وَإِذْ يَرْفَعُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ الْقَوَاعِدَ مِنَ الْبَيْتِ وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا إِنَّكَ أَنتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
2.127. Wa-ith yarfaAAu ibraheemu alqawaAAida mina albayti wa-ismaAAeelu rabbana taqabbal minna innaka anta alssameeAAu alAAaleemu
2.127. Et pendant qu’Abraham et Ismaël élevaient les assises de la Ka`ba, ils disaient : «Seigneur ! Daigne accepter de nous cet ouvrage ! Tu es l’Audient, Tu es l’Omniscient !
2.127 . And when Abraham and Ishmael were raising the foundations of the House , ( Abraham prayed ) : Our Lord! Accept from us ( this duty ) . Lo! Thou , only Thou , art the Nearer , the Knower .

Baraka Allah fikoum
رَبَّنَا وَاجْعَلْنَا مُسْلِمَيْنِ لَكَ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِنَا أُمَّةً مُّسْلِمَةً لَّكَ وَأَرِنَا مَنَاسِكَنَا وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَا إِنَّكَ أَنتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ
2.128. Rabbana waijAAalna muslimayni laka wamin thurriyyatina ommatan muslimatan laka waarina manasikana watub AAalayna innaka anta alttawwabu alrraheemu
2.128. Seigneur ! Fais de nous des croyants entièrement soumis à Ta volonté , et de notre postérité, un peuple également soumis à Tes lois ! Fais-nous connaître les rites que nous devons observer et accepte notre repentir, car Tu es le Miséricordieux, Tu es le Clément !
2.128 . Our Lord! And make us submissive unto Thee and of our seed a nation submissive unto Thee , and show us our ways of worship , and relent toward us . Lo! Thou , only Thou , art the Relenting , the Merciful .
