Recently I've been having some really wiered dreams. I had a dream where me and 4 other friends were sitting around and a white scorpion comes out of no where and stings one of my friends ismar. Than that same scorpion stings me and a spider out of no where lands on my hand; just as that spider is about to sting me I woke up.

Than the next night I had a dream where a women(my wife in the dream) is giving birth. She gives birth to my child and I am holding that child until I give it to my mother to hold. However, whats really bothering me is that I never see who my wife is in the dream.... I tryed looking up some info about all this in various books and I relativly got negative results; and now im just wondering what everyone here has to say...

:salam2:A scorpion in a dream means distress dismay and trouble caused by a chatterer or a backbiter. The sting of a scorpion represents the benefits one will recieves and they will not remain long in ones possession.A scorpion also represents a backbiter and an enemy from within ones family. Allah knows best.

:salam2:

brother...

the prophet (pbuh) has said..."dreams lay upon a foot of a bird when uninterpreted, if it (i.e. the dream) is interpreted, it falls off"

meaning...the meanings of dreams are so sensitive and so unstable that they are like a material laying upon the small foot of a bird..anything can easily make it fall off...

that is why the prophet (pbuh) also advised us to tell our dreams to someone who is an expert at this subject (some shaikhs are good at this mashallah so you can resort to one whom you trust)...or to someone whom you know of their loving feelings towards you (i.e. mother..sister..wife..etc.)...

so we make sure we don't harm ourselves unintentionally through our curiousity...therefore...either seek refuge with allah from all and any evil and ignore the dreams...or if you are too curious...find a shaikh who can help you interpret the dream..and inshallah it will be khair...

I apologize for my poor translation of the hadith..and I hope that I helped you somehow

Sister muslimah is right. This is what I have heared as well that You should always ask about your dream from a well reputed scholar.
