Dear Brothers and Sisters,
I'm going to post a link to some lectures by Imam Anwar Al Awlaki.
Some of you might have heard of him or heard his lectures, nonetheless there are many who are not aware of it.
I strongly encourage everyone to download and listen to these lectures.
Even if it's only one lecture please check it out, put it in your iPod or something.
The reason why I'm posting the links it's because alot of us want to learn about Islam, want to seek knowledge, but do not know where to start.
Imam's Anwar Awlaki's lecture will cover
Seerah of the RasulAllah SWA (which many of us are not familiar with it),
life and times of Abu Bakr (Ra),
life and times of Umar bin Al Khattab (Ra)
and other important topics concerning Akihra (hereafter),
Hellfire, and contemporary issues.
Anwar Awalki is a very dynamic speaker, he presents his talks in very clear and concise way. (There is hardly a dull moment in his lecture).
He grew up in United states and lived here many years, as a result I feel like he has a better ability to connect to the Muslims who are currently living in the West.
