haddi ka soup???

dear sisters, Doctor told me to make "gud ki haddi ka soup" for my mum who is suffering from osteoporosis. i dnt know how to make it. anyone of u have recipie please?

i thnk you just boil the hadi ( bone ) till all the goodness comes out into the water..then add whatever else you want....hope you mum gets better inshAllah...my mum had osteoperosis too..just look after her and make sure she gets plenty of calcium

I guess you are looking for Paya soup as it is called in India/Pak.

Unfortumnately, I don't know how to cook it, just know to eat...

I guess you should be able to find receipe on the net with "paya soup" keyword...
