Halal Food in Europe

Brothers and Sisters,

I have a question, you may know from the title. How to identify halal food in Europe? Is there any legal party which is responsible to give halal certification (as in other Islamic countries)? Actually, there is a possibility for me to go to Europe for business trip. So, I need to know how to identify halal food there. If there is halal certification from a legal party, then it will be easier I think. But if not, then I must be careful.
