I hope that everyone at TTi is in good health and Iman. I have something on my mind that is bothering me. After graduating from University a few months ago I've been looking for work for some time. I recently found some temp work.
Basically my job involves calling people and arranging delivery dates for furniture that they have purchased. Its sounds pretty harmless to me. When I call someone I have a computer record of what they've purchased and how much they will pay.
The bit that bothers me is that some people have purchased thier items on finance. What worries me is if I'm a witness to interest?
I know that in Islam one who takes interest, records it down or witnesses it are all the same. Allah has, in th Quran, decalred war on those who deal with interest.
Is my work Halal?
