Has anyone here experienced sleep Paralysis ?

Have any of you been in a state where you cant move any parts of your body or cant even scream ? Ive experienced it and its creeping me out. I was wondering If this is a medical issue or something out of the ordinary.

happened to my mother once or twice,i dunno if it's ordinary or not.it's normal inshallah.

happened with me twice. i was feeling extremely sleepy but i was not allowing myself to sleep. it was a horrible experience indeed. may Allah save us. ameen.

when the mind is tired, it cant send proper signals to the body to react. you cant move the body, no cant even speak, it was very scary.
