have you converted people to islam

well, i just wanted to ask you all, that have you converted people to islam?by speaking beautiful words of islam? ..
well, we sisters have converted on of our friend to islam..
and alhamdulillah! she has accepted islam...
have you dont like this with any one?..
and if yes then who? what was there religion before?
