Help please in regards to whether it is haram or not

I really have been looking to find out if it is haram to take a pregnancy test. I have searched this subject for a year and was just curious. I am new to the religion and could never find out. Thank you

There are no medical tests which are forbidden, pregnancy tests are included in this. Islam is a religion of ease and is not designed to fence in a person from education and knowledge. Quite the opposite really.

If you suspect you are pregnant then I recommend taking the test as soon as possible (whenever you miss your period) because you need to have a prenatal appointment. That way the doctor can begin regular scheduled checkups and get you started on vitamins. :)
