Help please

Anybody experienced something like this?

Every time I am praying salat alshafa' (two rakaa' before al witr) and specifically the second rakaa' as soon as I make sujud I start to feel my body temperature goes up and I feel more spiritual in this rakaa' than any other Salat sometimes I get the feeling that I am going to die and I get scared
Every time I'm in this rakaa' samething happens
Any one know why this is happening?
