Salamu Alaykum...

Does anyone know where the word Allah came from? Some people say it isn't even Arabic... I heard some say it was lilah... So I am confused.

It's Arabic (in Arabic, it's spelled: الله (SWT)).

Lillah is still Arabic. The difference is that Lillah means "One worthy of worship" while Allah means "The One worthy of worship".
