how can it be?

salaam to all,

i recently heard a christian prayer and i became confused. the prayer started off with " father " then the supplication came and the end was in " jesus' " name. the thing that confused me was, if we began the prayer with " father " how come it ended in jesus' name? isn't jesus the father too? you see, when you really study it, he can't be. if jesus prayed on the cross, who was he praying to? god doesn't pray to himself. if jesus was god and died for 3 days, was god gone from the world? who was running things? jesus broke bread and gave thanks. who was he thanking? god doesn't thank himself. he said that only the father knew when the end would come, so if he were god he would know when that time was. the beautiful thing about islam is that it is the confirmation of what the prophets taught. simple monotheism. inshallah many christians will see the light and embrace islam as the truth.

Please understand that it is their basic need to justify their fasle beliefs. They have to compensate all of the three persons (trinity). They have to make 'one size fits three'.

Similarly they have to believe that their god goes to toilet (Jesus had to eat and had the call of nature also). Naoozubillah.

SubhanAllah, My Lord is free of human needs and is free of any other needs. He neither eats nor does he sleep. He is the Absolute, the Eternal. He is The One and The Only God.

The God does not need to weep like Jesus (PBUH) wept.
The God does not need to moan like Jesus (PBUH) moaned.




059.022 Allah is He, than Whom there is no other god;- Who knows (all things) both secret and open; He, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

059.023 Allah is He, than Whom there is no other god;- the Sovereign, the Holy One, the Source of Peace (and Perfection), the Guardian of Faith, the Preserver of Safety, the Exalted in Might, the Irresistible, the Supreme: Glory to Allah! (High is He) above the partners they attribute to Him.

059.024 He is Allah, the Creator, the Evolver, the Bestower of Forms (or Colours). To Him belong the Most Beautiful Names: whatever is in the heavens and on earth, doth declare His Praises and Glory: and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
