How to add a photo in thread

Can any one tell me how to add a photo in threads.So that it appers on our thread..........

Press insert image button (the one with 2 mountains, yellow colour)

One box will appear, type the address of image into it. Your image may be on someother website. e.g. www.yahoo.com/xyz.jpg

Press Ok.
