Try this site. You can convert to and from lots of formats:

I just tested the conversion from Real Audio to mp3, and it works like a charm.

Sister,

You need to download .RA to .MP3 converter, you should be able to find a free software here ---> www.download.com

Or you can try download studio, it has trial period of 1 month or so and using it you can convert any video/audio playing on your comp to mp3/MPEG/some more formats.

Just google for download studio you should be able to find it.
