How to explain the greatness of Islam to French

I'm a sister from Indonesia. Is there anyone coming from France here?
Actually I'm working in a French company. And I have a lot of French colleagues.
I just want to know,, how to introduce Islam to them? Because some of them is atheists. And, how to start to talk about religion to them?
