hope all of you are fine by the Grace & Mercy of ALMIGHTY ALLAH!

i want to know how to insert an image in a post or thread. i want it to appear in the post, not the kind of attachment that has a link underlined.

i hope u understood what i mean. brothers and sisters, whoever can please help me with it. tried opening the 'pictures and albums' to upload images there but it didnt open.

For questions such as these it would be best if you first searched the "Help using website" part of the forum, as many questions have already been answered and you may find what you are looking for there. Afterward, if you still cannot find what you are looking for - then inshAllah make a thread regarding the question in the same forum.

As for your answer: To upload a picture without having it as an attachment you need to first upload it in an external source which will give you a link to your image. A free service you can use is called www.photobucket.com

If you make an account there, then upload your pictures - they will give you a link to where that picture is located. From there to TTI to add an image to a post you simply use Here you put the URL for the image [/img...] for where you want it in the post. Remove the three dots in the last tag to get it to work.

Or you click> [IMG]http://www.turntoislam.com/forum/images/editor/insertimage.gif and put the image url in it.
