As-Salam alaykum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuhu,
my dear brother i read your post and your updated and my heart was crying but when you wrote the last post saying that things are going better now i felt so happy, i'm really happy for you, alhamdulillah!
I was going to teach you a du'a that could have been helpful so i am going to tell you anyway...
-> one day a woman who had a perfect husband for her died and she felt like she lost everything, she talked to Rasulullah(sallAllah alaihy wa sallim about it) and he taught her a du'a that said Allahumma ajurni fi museebatin wa akhlif li khayran minha which translated means Oh Allah reward me in my tribolations and change it with something better than it(in goodness), the woman asked the Prophet how could Allah give her something better than her perfect husband? She still tried that du'a and in the end the one who asked to marry her was the Prophet himself!
I tried this du'a many times and in sha Allah you'll never be disappointed. May Allah bless you and all the believers and forgive us and enlighten us, and increse our knowledge and admit us in the highest rank of Jannah
